I contacted Barbara frequently and she was always easy to reach and available to answer all my questions, provide updates and advice. She always took the time to talk with me without making me feel rushed, especially since we faced some unique challenges with mom’s Medicaid application process. Platinum Benefit provided me the help and support that I so desperately needed in a time of hardship. Having tried to start the application for Medicaid on my own for my 88 year old mother, I was completely overwhelmed.
